Angry Birds Has Patent Issues

In the middle of the great popularity of Angry Bird, the developer of mobile games shooting problems related patents. Why?
Rovio behind the success of game Angry birds required by companies in the United States (U.S.) Lodsys, Texas, the company says the patent holder a new level of play in the version of Angry Birds. So was launched by Guardian on Sunday (07/24/2011).

But until now there has been no comment from Rovio on these cases that convolute. This is the first case faced by mobile companies are well known from the App Store.
